RUN-FIT as you've never seen before!

Our RUN-FIT running training has had a complete makeover. By popular demand we've made a few changes and are proud to offer our new 6 week training programme with more sessions per week and with more payment options. Our newly designed sessions will help you become a fitter, stronger and faster runner!

Also we're offering our 6 week Boot Camp course for free when you sign up to unlimited RUN-FIT training sessions!

The programme at a glance:

  • Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm Speed Runner. Designed to help you increase your running speed. These sessions are based on time rather than distance with our short running routes. But don't worry as you'll be able to run at a level that suits you. Having the ability to change your running pace on various distances is crucial for being a more rounded runner.
  • Thursdays 7.30-8.30pm Strength, Flexibility and Mobility. These exercises are of equal importance to your overall training programme and are essential for healthy joints and will also improve joint stability. When you become more flexible and increase your mobility you'll also improve your natural running gate making your running a more comfortable experience. Our strength exercises will also offer you to become a stronger runner and again will help to improve joint health and joint stability.
  • Saturdays 10.15-11.15am Interval Training and Cardio Fitness. High intensity fitness drills aimed at getting you out of your comfort zone and 'taking your running to the next level'.

Our 6 week training programme is open to all fitness levels and abilities.


Don't forget, we're also offering free Boot Camp sessions when you sign up to unlimited RUN-FIT training (limited time only). Mix and match your training for the ultimate fitness experience.
