1. Military Boot Camp
1.1. Please note that you are about to undergo a Military style Boot Camp. This will involve High Intensity Interval Training and exercises to engage all muscle groups & joints within your body.
1.2. You may be exercising on uneven ground. The ground may also be slippery when wet.
1.3. If at any time you feel any pain or discomfort please stop, rest, drink water and then re-join the group when you feel recovered. If symptoms persist then please inform your training instructor.
1.4. Please note that it is your responsibility to wear the appropriate clothing and foot wear for exercising outside in various weather conditions. If you’re unsure please ask your training instructor.
1.5. If you are unsure or have any doubts about your health then please seek advice from your Doctor.
2. Boot Camp Venues
2.1. Once you've registered and attended your first booked Boot Camp session, you may then attend any session at either of our Boot Camp venues.

3. Personal Training
3.1. Payment Plan: Payment can be made for pay as you go sessions however booked sessions are on a 'first come first serve bases'. Block bookings are for one month (four weeks) in advance unless otherwise arrange between the client and trainer/therapist. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Initially paid during the clients first consultations and then due on the last training/therapy session of the previous paid month.
3.2. One-off Training Sessions and Consultations: These session are offered with no ongoing commitment to the client. Sessions include Health and Fitness Appraisal, Fitness and Nutritional Consultation, one off Booster Session and Run Fit Training. Please see our full price list.
3.3. Group Fitness Training: Payment as above. However payment will be made as a whole unit. If one or more clients drop out of the group training session for whatever reason, there will be no refunds. The training prices will be revised to the appropriate number of clients upon the next payment due date. All training/therapy sessions are to last for forty-five minutes to one hour, unless otherwise arranged between the client and trainer/therapist.
It is the responsibility of the client to clarify and pre-book their specific training dates and times that they wish to train on. Session dates and times must be arranged at the time of payment. The trainer/therapist cannot guarantee specific dates and times for the forthcoming months unless pre-booked and paid. Bookings will be made on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
5. Cancellation Policy and Refunds
5.1. A client may cancel their training/therapy sessions at any time and for any reason. However a refund will only be offered within the client’s first week of training. The refund will be offered less any training/therapy sessions used. If a special offer has been applied the sessions used will be charged at full rate (pay as you go) and work already done, before a refund can be calculated. A full refund will only apply if no training/therapy sessions have taken place. Any refund will always be at trainer’s discretion.
5.2. Cancellation of any training/therapy session must be made within a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellation made less than 24 hours or none attendance to any training/therapy session without notice will be charged at full session fee. However the trainer/therapist will wait for fifteen minutes if the client is late. If there is no communication for two weeks then the trainer/therapist will assume that the client does not wish to continue with the training/therapy. A new client may use their time slot. No refunds will be given.
6. Special Offers and Discounted Training/Therapy Sessions
If a special arrangement or offer has been agreed by the client and trainer for discounted sessions for bulk payment then no refunds will apply once training has commenced.
It is the responsibility of the client to attend the training/therapy sessions with the appropriate clothing and foot wear, as advised by the trainer/therapist. No responsibility will be held to the trainer/therapist for injuries to the client caused by improper fitness clothing after advice has been given.
8. Member's Club Discount Card
8.1. Personal training must signed up to a minimum of one training sessions a week paid in 4 week block bookings to qualify.
8.2. Boot camp participants must sign up to the multiple session option and have completed their first 6 week course to qualify.
8.3. A free training T-shirt will be issued to those who qualify for our members club card. This is strictly one per person, however additional training T-shirts can be purchased at £10 each.
8.4. Your members card will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. It will be your responsibility to ask for a replacement card when expired.
8.5. Replacement cards will be only issued providing the above qualifying guidelines are meet.
9. Our Partners
9.1. Our affiliated partners are in professionally partnered with Hodge Health & Fitness and are not employed by Hodge Health & Fitness.
9.2. All professional partners hold full responsibility for their own business qualifications, insurance and public liability.
9.3. All professional partners (other than Lamberts Health Care) are also responsible for honouring their product discounts.
9.4. Hodge Health & Fitness holds no responsibility of any treatments, goods sold or advice given by the partners of our Members Club Card.
10. Daily 5 Minute Exercises
10.1. The promotion is only available to people who have subscribed to the 30 day 5 minute exercises challenge on www.hodgehealthandfitness.co.uk
10.2. The promoter (Hodge Health & Fitness) accepts no liability for exercises performed incorrectly. Advice on how to perform each exercise is provided with each exercise and is the person’s responsibility to perform correctly and safely. If at any time whilst perform any of the emailed exercises you feel dizzy or faint or feel any pain, stop and rest. If symptoms persist, please consult your Doctor. If you have any doubts or concerns about your current health or fitness, then please consult your Doctor.
11. Boot Camp promotional Voucher 2017
11.1. Vouchers may be redeemed for either 1x free pay as you go Boot Camp session, 1x free session when signing up for 6 week course with 1 session a week or free training week when signing up for 6 week course with multiple sessions.
11.2. Vouchers can only be redeemed by new customers of Hodge Health & Fitness Military Boot Camps.
11.3. A new customer is viewed as a person who has never attended to a Boot Camp session at Hodge Health & Fitness.
11.4. Boot Camp vouchers are strictly one per person.
11.5. Vouchers can not be used with any other offer.
11.6. All promotional vouchers will expire on 28th February 2017.
12. £2 off the Hodge Health & Fitness Nutritional Fitness Guide (with the 14 Day Healthy Eating Plan)
12.1. Offer only available to people who have downloaded the 14 Day Healthy Eating Plan from the Hodge Health & Fitness website.
12.2. Recipients must email Jason Hodge at Hodge Health & Fitness with the discount code presented in the 14 Day Healthy Eating Plan download to receive the discount.
