RUN-FIT Training

Get fit with our proven training and cardio/fitness drills. This club can be used as 1-2-1 personal training, but also works well in small groups and with sport teams. 

RUN-FIT will perfect your performance

Our RUN-FIT training club is a mix of training drills aimed at increasing your fitness levels.

You can use RUN-FIT training as a drop in session or make it a regular part of your training programme. It helps your running performance to become more natural which in turn will make you feel more comfortable when running. Plus, Jason is always on hand to encourage, motivate and give best advice.

We'll breakdown the running movement and focus on the various aspects of running with our cardio/fitness drills. We teach clients to run and explain how the body works as a single unit whilst running. Weak areas are then worked on, building a stronger body to performance more efficiently.

Our training sessions are open to all fitness levels and abilities. You can rest when you feel you need to and drink water when ever you want to.

It's a known fact that if you just focus on endurance and distance then you won't increase your speed and power. By simply adding our RUN-FIT training and cardio/fitness drills to your weekly programme you'll increase your overall performance, making you a fitter, stronger and faster runner.

RunFit Parachutes

RUN-FIT is an amazing training tool and our training techniques can easily be adapted to your current fitness level and ability.

We also incorporate our other training methods such as running parachutes, dumbbell arm circuits and skipping agility drills. So, whether you just want to run for longer than 10 minutes, improve your personal best on a 10k, or tackle something more challenging, our proven training systems will work for you.

If you're currently coaching a sport team such as Rugby, Net-Ball or Hockey etc then RUN-FIT will also give your team the fitness edge they'll need to improve their game.

Times and location

Our regular RUN-FIT training sessions run every Saturday morning between 10:10am and 11:10am at the Knowle West Health Park (just after our morning Boot Camp).  We meet in the old walk-in centre building, which is the building directly in front of you, as you drive through the main gates of the Knowle West Health Park.
We also seel water at £1 a bottle if you've forgotten to bring some and we'll also issue you with our pay as you go loyalty card which offers you your 10th session free. If you're not sure where the Health Park is, then just follow this link to the Boot Camp dates & direction page on our website for site map & address.
