A Health & Fitness Appraisal is an essential part of any effective personal training programme. The appraisal will help us to evaluate your current fitness level and will show your base-line. The Health & Fitness Appraisal is offered in the comfort of your own home and can then be conducted at regular intervals over the course of your training to monitor and track your progress.
Start at the beginning
We recommend you book an optional Health & Fitness Appraisal before you start any training programme including our Boot Camps. You may then book an appraisal every six weeks (preferably in-line with the 6 week Boot Camp course). This is the best way to truly monitor your progress and monitor results.
However, if you prefer, you can book your Health & Fitness Appraisal every three months, or just as and when you feel you would like an update on your progress.
If you're signing up to personal training then we'll start your 1-2-1 sessions off with our full health appraisal as this will also help us with designing your training sessions.
We recommend you wear regular fitness kit. Your appraisal will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
